You don't have to do any cardio unless you want to.
Cardio actually isn't beneficial for you to reach your goals, because if it was...you'd be at your goal and not looking for help right now right?

In fact I want you to have them, but I will teach you how to incorporate those things and still be able to lose weight.
In order for something to work for you long term, you need to be able to follow something that you enjoy. (This means snacks, wine and sweets)
You just need to learn how to incorporate them into your day properly so your body doesn't store it as fat.
